Communication between you and your re-modeler or home builder is one of the key elements to a successful project, and you may not always be able to speak face-to-face.  And let’s face it, trying to put a sample of granite through the fax just doesn’t work either.  One way we’ve found successful is to set a real mail box, brought from the local hardware store, in a a secure location where we can leave communications and samples.  When the mail box “flag” is up, the clients know there is a delivery for them.  The next day when we see the flag is down we’ll look to see if they’ve left us any postings.  The clients get a kick out of this, but more importantly, communication is maintained.
